Join us for an encounter with sound and vibration. The concert of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls is a calm, relaxing event during which participants lie comfortably, close their eyes, and immerse themselves in harmonious tones. Sound naturally supports calming, helps relax the body and soothe the mind. The session has a gentle, meditative character and is suitable for people of all ages — a time to rest, pause, and return to oneself.
We recommend comfortable, warm and quiet clothing (loose, soft, without elements that may rustle or clink). Please refrain from wearing perfume and jewelry. It is worth bringing a bottle of water and staying properly hydrated. Before the concert starts, please silence phones and keep quiet during the performance.
