Do you want to feel the power of kettlebells, improve your fitness, strength, and mobility… and have a great time while doing it? 📅 On September 13, we invite you to a free introductory workshop – your first step into the world of kettlebells! Why kettlebell? - It's a workout that engages the whole body, improves posture, burns tons of calories, and gives you a sense of accomplishment from the very first session. Plus, it's just… addictive! How does it work step by step? - Workshop on September 13 – you'll learn the basics (swing, squat, deadlift), different styles of working with kettlebells (mainly Hardstyle, but also others to be versatile), find out why and how to train, debunk myths, do some exercises, and learn a lot. - If you decide to stay – you join the regular kettlebell group. - We train twice a week in an atmosphere where we learn, refine technique, and have fun with kettlebells. - You can also complement your training with other classes at the club – GPP ATHLETIC, Olympic weightlifting, or other forms that develop the whole body. - Weekly free technical workshops – exclusively for newcomers, to quickly catch up with advanced members and enjoy every workout even more. 📍 Location: Prymasa Tysiąclecia 38 💰 Price: Introductory workshop – free.
