The cupping course is a comprehensive guide to the principles, mechanisms of action, and safe cupping techniques in therapeutic practice. The classes will be led by Dr. Ludmiła Kochetova – Master of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, internal medicine doctor, long-time head of the rehabilitation and physiotherapy department. She has over 30 years of clinical experience and a rich teaching background. She supports clients at the SUNVITA clinic in Warsaw on a daily basis. During the course, participants will: - learn the physiological basis of cupping (the effect of negative pressure on microcirculation, the immune system, and fascia), - learn how to select the technique and application site depending on indications, - practice practical cupping procedures in safe conditions, - discuss therapeutic applications, including in the prevention of respiratory infections, overload conditions, muscle and rheumatic pain. Cupping is a traditional method that works excellently in: - prevention of respiratory infections, - counteracting muscle pain and inflammation, - alleviating rheumatic ailments.
