PURIM LAB. COSTUME WORKSHOP We invite you to join us in creating crazy, beautiful, and totally unexpected costumes inspired by the holiday of Purim! During the 6-day workshop, you will dress from head to toe in a unique, self-made outfit. Under the guidance of DIY and second-hand specialists, you will learn upcycling techniques for fabrics and objects, the basics of sewing, durable clothing dyeing, and creating three-dimensional constructions from commonly available materials. We will transform ordinary work clothes into extraordinary costumes. We will create masks, headpieces, collars, objects, and props—without limits to imagination. The created characters will be styled with accessories and makeup, and the whole event will culminate in a professional, magical photo session to conclude the workshop. ✨ Meeting dates: - February 7, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - February 8, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - February 21, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - February 22, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - February 28, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - March 1, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM 📝 Recruitment period: From 12/9/2025 to 1/31/2026 Limited number of spots—first come, first served. 🔗 Registration: To participate in the workshop, fill out the application form: https://polin.pl/pl/form/purim-lab-pracownia-kostiumow Instructors: The workshops will be led by Magdalena Załęcka and Aleksandra Manikowska—artists specializing in, among other things, graphic design, illustration, fashion styling, and fabric upcycling.
