    About the event

On Friday, February 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM we invite you to a concert by one of the most promising pianists and composers of the young Polish jazz scene. The Karol Malczewski Trio will present material from the debut album “Ico”, featuring original, lyrical compositions. It will be contemporary jazz based on improvisation and dialogue between the musicians.

“The record was recorded in Hall S4 of Polish Radio Studio in December 2024. It contains six original compositions that are, for me, above all a nostalgic journey — a return to the emotions that shaped my current life and the place where I currently am,” says the leader.
