    Are you preparing to start in the 20th Warsaw Half Marathon or the Warsaw Five? It's definitely worth doing it WELL!

    Run for charity supporting the Rak'n'Roll Foundation, and we'll give you an extra boost of motivation and training support!

    In March 2026 anyone can run as part of #IBrunnWell — a half marathon or 5K. If you want to run for charity in the mountains, in April you can also #RunWell at the Pieniny Ultra Trail over various distances.

    GROUP TRAININGS



    We organize open strength and running technique trainings. We train in a group with experienced coach Kuba Wiśniewski, who shares his knowledge. You will improve running strength, fitness and technique, and within the #RunningWell community you can also exchange experiences and support fundraising.

    • For everyone running for charity as part of #IBrunnWell and supporting the Rak'n'Roll Foundation.


    WHEN and WHERE



    ⏰ On Mondays at 19:00 we start by the restaurant MOSiR Poranki i Wieczory (opposite the National Stadium).

    ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour. Trainings take place once a week.

    Before training you can leave your things or change in a nearby pavilion with toilets. After training there will be an opportunity to relax together over hot tea or grab a snack.

    ABOUT THE COACH



    Kuba Wiśniewski — cultural anthropologist and journalist, former competitive long-distance runner. He has been running for nearly 35 years and coaching others for over 20. Coach with PZLA qualifications, member of Tarta Running Team and Anna Lewandowska's Healthy Team.



    IMPORTANT



    • Participation at your own responsibility: participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Assess your health condition and make sure there are no contraindications.
    • Health condition: by joining you declare that your health condition allows you to participate in running sessions. If in doubt, consult a doctor.
    • Consent to use of image: you agree to the free recording and use of your image in promotional materials of the Rak’n’Roll. Win Life! Foundation related to the trainings, including on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), YouTube and internal communications.


    GDPR CLAUSE



    1. The data controller is the Rak’n’Roll. Win Life! Foundation, headquartered in Warsaw.
    2. Data are processed to enable participation in running trainings based on consent (for health-related data) or the data controller’s legitimate interest.
    3. Recipients of the data may be entities providing psychological, IT, accounting services and entities authorized by law.
    4. Data will be processed by the Controller until consent is withdrawn.
    5. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and lodging a complaint with the UODO; direct requests to iod@raknroll.pl or to the Foundation’s headquarters: Al. Wilanowska 313A, 02-665 Warsaw.
    6. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for organizing trainings; refusal may result in refusal of assistance.


    If you do not agree with any of the above points, inform us before the trainings begin.
