Run for charity supporting the Rak'n'Roll Foundation, and we'll give you an extra boost of motivation and training support!
In March 2026 anyone can run as part of #IBrunnWell — a half marathon or 5K. If you want to run for charity in the mountains, in April you can also #RunWell at the Pieniny Ultra Trail over various distances.
We organize open strength and running technique trainings. We train in a group with experienced coach Kuba Wiśniewski, who shares his knowledge. You will improve running strength, fitness and technique, and within the #RunningWell community you can also exchange experiences and support fundraising.
⏰ On Mondays at 19:00 we start by the restaurant MOSiR Poranki i Wieczory (opposite the National Stadium).
⏱️ Duration: 1 hour. Trainings take place once a week.
Before training you can leave your things or change in a nearby pavilion with toilets. After training there will be an opportunity to relax together over hot tea or grab a snack.

Kuba Wiśniewski — cultural anthropologist and journalist, former competitive long-distance runner. He has been running for nearly 35 years and coaching others for over 20. Coach with PZLA qualifications, member of Tarta Running Team and Anna Lewandowska's Healthy Team.
