Wing Tsun – a unique method designed to fight against stronger and larger opponents. The style includes simple yet effective techniques and, as a martial art, is easy to master – it works regardless of height or physical strength. Training program: - Form training: teaches concentration and precise body mechanics. - Strength training: increases physical capabilities and functional strength. - Reflex training: enhances distance awareness in combat, coordination, and speed. - Chi-sao: special reflex and movement sensitivity exercises using hands and legs, "programming" instinctive behaviors that activate upon contact with an opponent. - Footwork and kicking training: improves movement skills in combat and kick dynamics. - Self-defense at all distances: (kicks, punches, elbow strikes, clinching, ground fighting). - Lat sao: free sparring training.
