Tantric Sauna 📅 When: October 14, 2025, 18:00–20:15 💰 Cost: 90 zł (75 zł — sauna entry, 15 zł — organizational fee) 📍 Where: SPA center near Łazienki Królewskie Park What to expect: - A warm introduction circle to feel the atmosphere and relax - 4 aromatic rituals in the Finnish sauna (12 scents and breathing practices for cleansing and renewal) - A joint peeling session in the Turkish sauna for soft and fresh skin - Final meditation in silence and relaxation to integrate the experience Format and interaction: This is an individual practice in a group: everyone goes at their own pace, with no mandatory physical contact with others. If desired, during the peeling session in the Turkish sauna, you can exchange touches with the scrub. What to bring: - A towel or sheet to wrap yourself in - A small towel for your feet in the sauna - A towel mat for the sauna - Flip-flops - A sauna hat (if possible) - And lightness in your heart Important: We follow the rules of proper sauna etiquette: - The sauna is a textile-free zone (no swimsuits or trunks); - If full nudity causes discomfort, you can use a sheet; - In the jacuzzi and Turkish bath, you must be without clothing. Participants must be 18+. Arrive 10–15 minutes before the start to have time to prepare. Lemonades, tea, and fruits will be available. You can also bring your own water. For whom: We invite only members of the "Tantra in Poland" group, as well as those who have already practiced with us or attended our events. This way, we create a space where everyone feels safe and trusted. Our goal is to give you an evening of relaxation and renewal, where the body and breath become guides to inner harmony.
