Sound, body, color, breath, rhythm, and sweat. Welcome to SAUNA RAVE — an event at the intersection of ritual, party, and wellness. Here, techno meets breath, the body dances beyond conscious control, and temperature plays with the nervous system like an instrument. What is SAUNA RAVE? It’s a conscious, healthy, and sober party centered around the warmth of the sauna and the freedom of dance. The fun is free from alcohol and substances, nudity is liberated from sexual context, and rhythm is driven by heart and bass. Why sauna? The sauna not only cleanses the body but also the soul – it regulates the nervous system, supports emotional integration, and opens space for deep self-experience. Combined with movement and music, it creates a state reminiscent of trance — a natural high available without substances. We’ll enter the FLUO zone — neon bright-darkness, where the body becomes a living sculpture! Join the dance paintball with safe fluorescent paints in shades of solar dust and plasma flashes from the Sun! Let’s fulfill Icarus’s eternal dream and truly get closer to the sun! Let’s try to experience light together not with sight, but with touch — feel its density, stickiness, texture, and shape! We’ll rub ourselves with light and roll in the light! Only darkness and shining pigment — cosmic dust — the instructions are simple: - we don’t paint patterns — we paint with movement! - We don’t decorate the body. - We let the body lead! First, we connect with our own body, then — respecting boundaries, with mindfulness — we exchange with others. This part is nonverbal: ask for consent to touch with a dance gesture, movement, and gaze. Every body becomes fluid writing here. Paint transforms movement into a trace. And rhythm does the rest — hearts and bass beat in one tempo! Slowly, the whole dance floor starts to pulse like one living plasma organism! Luminous bodies dance without beginning or end, it’s no longer clear where one body ends and another begins. Allow yourself total oblivion in a cosmic dance without limits! This is not a performance. This is a tangible ritual of returning to the body and inner glow! A true celebration of light and skin! The entire process will be overseen by Krzysztof Wasylkowski @wasylart – known for artistic and experimental photography, treating "the body as canvas" and documenting various body art performances. (The event is under the patronage of FRUŃ Festival, organized by Krzysztof, and the Freedom Universe Foundation). Photos taken during the event will be used to promote the December SUN FESTIVAL. At Sauna Rave, she’ll take you on a flight, combining hypnotic Psytrance and wild Tek energy, creating a trance ritual of freedom. https://linktr.ee/SkylaBliss A heated bathhouse and a cold pool await you. - in the sauna, ceremonies with oak twigs and peelings - in the house, a warm lounge for relaxation and a kitchen with filtered water, lemonade, tea, and fruit - in the garden, a large lawn, covered shelter, and bonfire. The pool water is changed before each event – we use it to water the garden plants. It’s good to have at least two towels, a scarf made of natural material or a cap, and optionally a bathrobe or flip-flops.
