We warmly invite you to another unique tantra workshop for couples, during which you will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of the path to deeper dimensions of experiencing Love, Intimacy, and Relationships. TOGETHER IN RELATIONSHIP – 4 "P" is a series of one-day tantra workshops for couples, during which you will learn and experience the following topics from a tantric perspective: - Awakening - Connection - Perspectives - Pleasure The workshops take place several times a year, and you can attend them in any order. Together in Relationship – "Pleasure" is: - a Saturday, 8-hour (with a break for a meal and rest), communicative-emotional-physical journey towards deepening your relationship with yourself, your partner, and the world. These classes are focused on experience (minimum theory), so you will start noticing their effects already during our meeting. In a safe, loving, and accepting space, we will experience ourselves and each other – without stories, beliefs, or "baggage" – in the Here and Now, with a beginner's mind and a child's curiosity. We will invite you to discover new ways of communication, closeness, intimacy, and passion. What matters to us is authenticity and truth – everything you bring is welcome. For us, tantra is a path of love, energy flow, awareness, and presence. It is a body-based path of personal development, thanks to which you can feel more joy, freedom, and closeness. You can feel that you live more fully and consciously. We invite you to enter conscious love, authentic, healing relationships, and sacred sexuality through breath, sound, movement, meditation, and all the senses. We will start by working with what prevents us from fully experiencing ourselves and each other on a daily basis, both on the level of mind and body. We will look for our connection with the heart, breath, and senses. We will talk about how to communicate our bodily desires to our partner, both verbally and non-verbally. Then we will go deeper into authenticity, mindfulness, and being in the here and now, to immerse ourselves in the experience of connection with our partner. During the workshop, we will invite you to meditation in movement and silence, tantric rituals, conscious touch, communication exercises based on Gestalt psychotherapy, and to consciously and truly be with yourself and enjoy a shared rest from doing. We invite: - beginner couples who want to start discovering Tantra - more advanced couples who want to develop and expand their practices - people in relationships who want to: - strengthen emotional and sexual bonds - understand mutual needs – their own and their partner's - feel themselves more deeply – their body, sexuality, emotions - work on more fluid and honest communication - everyone who wants to experience lots of joy and relaxation The only thing we encourage is openness to experience. HANIA AND KUBA ...are a life couple, engaged for 4 years They strive to incorporate tantric, spiritual, and awareness practices into everyday life. Oh – and a sense of humor and self-distance. Hania – A woman on the path of tantra and personal development, teacher, choreotherapist, yogini, dancer, Gestalt psychotherapist, language translator. Co-founder of MILABO – holistic work with body and spirit. She works holistically, based on Gestalt psychotherapy and combining it with deep work with the body and movement. She is also a tantric masseuse, conducts healing and sexuality development sessions – through expanding awareness, intimate communication, and healing touch. Jakub – engineer, analyst, rationalist, who for years has been trying to reconcile with his emotions and body. Thanks to Polish and international guides, he seeks ways to be a happy man, partner, and human. When he is not working on an app, traveling, or relaxing, he shares his relationship and personal development experiences, both the good and the ineffective ones. He holds space at tantra workshops for couples, supporting Hania with his presence, mindfulness, masculine energy, and calmness.
