Women's Day at Abra Studio
We invite you to a special Dance Women's Day — an event created for women who want to celebrate the day through movement, music and a great atmosphere. Expect a variety of dance styles and classes at different skill levels — everyone will find something for herself. It's an opportunity to try something new, feel feminine energy and celebrate on the dance floor with a smile and passion.
We have prepared two days of special classes:

- Female Dancehall (for beginners) — Aleksandra Żurik

During the class you will learn the history of female dancehall and basic steps and grooves that will help you feel the rhythm and confidence on the dance floor.

- High Heels — introduction for beginners — Aleksandra Żurik

A combination of technique, body work and learning confident movement in heels.
- Latino Solo — introduction for beginners — Aleksandra Nowina-Konopka

You will learn the basics of Latin dances: rhythm, figures, body coordination and Cuban hip movement.
- Bachata Solo (for beginners) — Julia Siedlaczek

Ultra-feminine classes introducing the world of bachata from the basics.
- Bachata Ladies Styling S-open — Amelia Kicińska

Work on movement awareness, confidence and styling in a feminine group.
- Latino Solo — Brazilian Samba Choreography (Open) — Aleksandra Nowina-Konopka

Learning a Brazilian Samba choreography to the song Casolina (Daddy Yankee).
- Sexy Dance Choreo (for beginners) — Julia Sołtysiak

Two hours of practical work on a feminine choreography — lots of fun and Girl Power.
