Titan Feelings. A series of family meetings at Echo Miasta

“Sensitive Place” is a space for children and parents where we jointly explore emotions — through conversation, movement, play and books. It is a time full of mindfulness, closeness and strengthening emotional resilience. We warmly invite you to Echo Miasta for the “Titan Feelings” workshops!

• 28 March 2026 (Saturday), 16:00–17:30 — Titan Feelings. Planet Anger!
  Do you know that anger is a natural and necessary emotion? Children, however, do not always know how to recognize it and how to cope with it. We invite you to a workshop where the youngest will learn to notice the first signals of anger, understand what happens in the body when strong emotions appear, and learn simple and effective ways to calm them. In a safe and friendly atmosphere we will show that anger is not an enemy — it can be understood, named and tamed.

• 25 April 2026 (Saturday), 16:00–17:30 — Titan Feelings. We Cuddle Fears
  We invite you to a workshop full of emotions and movement! During the meeting we will meet the hero of an extraordinary story about fear. We will consider where it comes from and whether it can be befriended. We will also talk about its “friend” — fright, which has big eyes. The room will turn into a land of imagination. We will set off to magical places by an unusual means of transport — the Bedplane. It will take us on a journey in which, through movement, we will discover the world and our own bodies. Bedplane stories and exercises will help us tame fear, understand it and feel safer.

  Do you ever wonder what to do when boredom strikes you to madness? And what if we look at it differently — like a blank page waiting for a magical drawing? Behind this seemingly boring moment hides enormous potential, i.e. time to discover new passions. Boredom is not an enemy — it is an undiscovered piece of adventure. We invite you to an absolutely non-boring workshop about boredom! We will check what it is, where it comes from and how we can use it creatively.
