About the book:

DOROTA WELLMAN AND PAULINA MŁYNARSKA RETURN AS A DUO

And when these two women join forces, extraordinary things happen. They once created Miasto kobiet, which became an important voice for Polish women, and later won readers' hearts with the bestseller Kalendarzyk niemałżeński. Today they say plainly: who said you have to slow down at a certain age? Age is just a number on paper. True youth is in the mind!

They talk about how to care for the body and mind so you don't get stodgy or overly dainty. They share what they truly expect from the second half of life and from life partners and friends. About closeness that can ignite more strongly than hot flashes. About menopause without drama and about all those things that supposedly are now “not appropriate”. About a sense of perspective on the world that works better than an expensive eye cream, and about a life that finally fits like a tailor-made dress.

This is a book about maturity and inner youth that doesn't disappear when another candle appears on the cake. For all women who want to discover that the real fun begins when you no longer have to do anything, and you can do absolutely everything.
