About the event

I invite you to a one-time event aimed at everyone who would like to try their hand at playing Cuban congas. The workshop is designed to provide an initial introduction to this energetic instrument and its characteristic rhythms. In short, we will go through the basic techniques of sound production and, based on simple Cuban rhythms, we will explore how individual components layer together to create more complex and interesting forms. Discover whether the colorful and multidimensional world of percussion music intrigues you, and challenge yourself with coordination on both a personal and group level. This workshop is a great opportunity to see if you'd like to join our regular classes. 🎶 Instruments are provided, so the number of spots is limited. 📅 The workshop will take place on October 4th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Strefa Rytmu, ul.
