    About the event

A journey through the Himalayas in three facets: Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet – each completely different, each fascinating.

Bhutan is Buddhist monasteries, colorful rituals and the calm of everyday life in the land of happiness. Nepal pulses with the energy of streets, markets and local communities, and every step reveals new tastes, sounds and stories. Tibet enchants with mystical landscapes, prayer flags and the spiritual dimension of its people’s lives.

Traveler Filip Głowacki will speak about travels without Instagram gloss – about choices, fatigue, wonder and why adventure truly begins when it stops being comfortable. Each story will show that real travel is about meetings, challenges and discovering cultures up close.

    About the speaker:

Filip Głowacki is the founder of Sport Adventure. For years he has led sports-travel expeditions to places where the pavement ends sooner than the signal. He specializes in high-altitude trekking, especially in the Himalayas, but equally enjoys taking participants to places where movement, effort and real contact with local culture matter.
