• Key elements of a good public performance (body / voice / story)
• The construction of an effective, well-led story — micro and macro narratives
• Mechanisms for consciously guiding narration and maintaining audience attention
• Ways to deliver engaging, interesting content (including creating promotional materials)
• Skills for creating emotions that support the message
• Variety of voice uses and their contexts (voice work)
• The relation of words to time — length of utterances and their effects
• The impact of the body on communication (including nonverbal signals that determine the first-impression effect)
• Tools for stress management

• Creating short forms of public presentation (work with a camera)
• Creative individual and duet tasks
• Exercises from improv art, acting and journalistic tasks developing imagination, creative thinking and new ways of interpreting messages

• Awareness of creating short and long forms of communication
• Tools for managing vocal aesthetics during presentations
• Analysis of various presentation forms as case studies (observing others)
• A new perspective on words, their quality and influence on change as a process of creation

BEATA JEWIARZ – actress, journalist, producer of poetic performances, author of artistic projects. A graduate of PWST in Wrocław. Creator of performances such as “Leśmian/ Relaks”, “Natura ludzka”, “Sen” featuring poems by Bolesław Leśmian. Popularizer of Leśmian’s work. At the Crazy Days of Music Festival at the Grand Theatre — National Opera she twice created the role of Panakotta in musical performances with the Symfonia Varsovia Orchestra (2024, 2025). In 2025 she was awarded the “Meritorious for Polish Culture” badge by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In the cult game “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” (CD Projekt RED) she lent her voice to Yennefer of Vengerberg, the main female role. She records audiobooks, dubs animated, documentary and feature productions. Co-author of the book “Be Haiku” (Blue Bird), nominated in the PTWK Most Beautiful Books of the Year 2017 competition. Winner of the Polish Section of IBBY Award for promoting reading. For more than two decades she has been involved in culture in the media and as an author of original projects. In radio programmes such as “W Rytmie Kultury”, “Kobiety Rakiety” on Polskie Radio RDC she popularizes theatre, literature, comics, cinema and visual arts.
