Are you and your climbing partner ready for any situation in the mountains? Join our Valentine's first aid course that will not only teach you how to save lives but also strengthen your bond and confidence in extreme situations.

• Climbing couples, training partners
• Active people who want to feel safer while practicing high-risk sports, in mountains, caves and on rock
• Anyone who wants to be able to provide first aid in emergencies

What to expect?

• Practical rescue exercises based on the latest ERC and EFR 2025 guidelines
• Learning resuscitation and AED use
• Treating injuries and stopping massive bleeding
• Managing suspension trauma, falls from height and other rescue situations

💰 Price: 350 PLN per person, for couples 300 PLN per person.

9:30 - 15:30, then you go to the cinema
