📅 5/10/25 at 4:00 PM We invite you to the Warsaw Turnus at Wolska for the DEMO version of the play NARCYZ. In response to your great engagement with the August show, we’re doing a repeat! The official premiere in full glory will take place in November. Details coming soon! How to recognize a toxic relationship? How to protect yourself? Reason - a giant head adorned with striped tights and heels - answers these questions. But Narcissus is stronger than Reason. “I sink into absurdity with Narcissus, but that’s his only flaw,” says HE, as SHE ties him to a chair with yarn. HIS advisors are his fears - dust under the bed, a two-meter human mushroom, and a paper child. “Narcissus” was created from the director’s archival journals. Through the play, viewers can understand what a relationship with a person with narcissistic traits looks like, learning the mechanisms of a toxic relationship. The goal of the play is to raise social awareness about psychological abuse. Teatr Mundi is a student avant-garde theater in Warsaw, founded in August 2023 by Paulina Orzeł, a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 2023, Teatr Mundi performed multiple times on Warsaw streets with original plays: “Where is My Home?”, “Return to Home,” and “Family from the Photo.” In 2024, the premiere of the original script “Children’s Games” took place at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
