    About the event

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rzeź Woli Warszawa 1944 portal and the Dulag 121 Museum in Pruszków invite you to an educational and historical walk "Tracing the crimes against the civilian population of Powiśle and Śródmieście". 📅 12.10.2025, 12:00 PM 📍 Meeting point: Pl. Mirowski 1, in front of the Hala Mirowska building, on the side of Jana Pawła II Avenue. This is the final event of this year's series. The idea of the walk is to commemorate the civilian victims of German crimes in Powiśle and Śródmieście during the Warsaw Uprising. We will recall the names of the murdered and share the accounts of surviving witnesses. We will walk through, among others, the streets of Northern Śródmieście towards Powiśle, stopping at memorial sites and reflecting on the crimes committed against the civilian population. The event is free and open to all. Please bring symbolic candles, which we will light at the memorial sites. Let us remember to remember. Our memory of Them reflects who we are.
