Tender Sauna – Winter Home is a calm, embracing evening based on Rusko-Banya-style sessions with lower temperatures and longer rounds. Winter is a time when the body naturally slows down, and the need for warmth and comfort becomes more pronounced. This evening is designed to meet those needs in a simple, natural way.
During the evening warmth is built gradually, without haste. The sessions are accompanied by care rituals using honey, scrubs, and butters that support skin regeneration and create a feeling of being wrapped in comfort. The experience is complemented by water additions with Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea – a gentle, winter support from within. It’s an invitation to warm up, quiet down, and feel more “at home.”
Magda Malec is a sauna master and the creator of the “Tenderness – Sauna Ceremonies.” Her approach is based on three dimensions of tenderness: tenderness toward others, tenderness toward oneself, and tenderness in community. Her ceremonies often include unexpected elements – from poetic stories and breathwork to sensory surprises.
