Tender Sauna – Winter Home is a calm, embracing evening sauna experience inspired by the Rusko-Banya tradition, with lower temperatures and longer sessions. The evening is designed to help you warm up, unwind, and feel more at home.
During the evening, warmth is built gradually. Sessions include care rituals with honey, scrubs, and nourishing butters, and water infusions with Ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea for gentle internal support.
Magda Malec is a sauna master and creator of the Tenderness – Sauna Ceremonies. Her approach focuses on tenderness toward others, oneself, and the community; sessions are gentle, safe, and include breathwork, stories, and sensory elements.
