Join regular vocal practice! The voice is a fundamental tool for communication, expressing emotions, setting boundaries, and sharing yourself with others. The Conscious Singing Practice is a weekly gathering that combines singing, meditation, and movement – to develop your voice, body awareness, and authentic expression. The sessions take the form of a song circle, where technical work (vocal emission, tone, breath, listening, harmony) merges with mysticism and deep self-reflection. Through collective singing, music learning, and play, we strengthen self-confidence, mindfulness, and connection with ourselves. ◎ You will gain: - Better vocal emission, tone, and freedom - A wider range of sung sounds - The ability to create melodies and harmonize - Breath support and conscious breathing - Greater self-confidence and courage in expression - The ability to sing with and listen to others - Tools for working with emotions - An inspiring community Additionally, the sessions will bring you emotional lightness, self-acceptance, and strength to act. Every Monday, 7:40 PM – 10:00 PM Solatorium, Jazdów 3/9, Warsaw 💰 PARTICIPATION COST AND REGISTRATION: 80 PLN - payable in cash on-site REGISTRATION - Private message to Phao Sanato A few words about the facilitator: Phao Sanato - vocalist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer, as well as a young father and husband. He combines science and spirituality: he holds a master’s degree in quantum physics (University of Warsaw), is a graduate of the Krzysztof Komeda Jazz Music School, and has completed a sound engineering course at the Sound Engineering Academy. Since 2018, he has been intensively exploring personal development paths: participating in dozens of workshops, men’s circles, meditations (vipassana, Tibetan Buddhism), and song rituals from South America to the Middle East. He has undergone therapies in process psychology and cognitive psychology, gained experience with emotional work methods, coaching, and nonviolent communication (NVC) courses. Since 2020, he has been leading his original Conscious Singing Practice in Warsaw. On stage and in circles, he shares his understanding of the voice as a tool for communication, presence, and transformation. His music combines ethnic sounds of roots music with electronics, improvisation, and circle songs. He has performed in Europe, Asia (Thailand, Iran), Africa (Morocco), and the USA, and in Poland at events such as Pol’and’Rock, Dreamersland, Summer Contrast, and Vibrations.
