The meetings aim to use literature as a tool to better understand yourself, your emotions and the world around you.
📅 In February we will consider how to make friends with anxiety so it motivates us to change instead of holding us back. Selected excerpts chosen by the librarian-bibliotherapist who moderates the discussion will help us, including passages from Anna Paluszak's book 'My Friend Anxiety'.
