• Lindy Hop: Lindy Hop is one of the family of swing dances, with origins estimated in the 1920s and 1930s. It emerged in African-American communities in New York’s Harlem and is closely related to the Charleston, Jitterbug, Balboa and so-called Vintage Jazz. Its main advantage is its social character, which means Lindy Hop is danced primarily at socials rather than as a competitive dance. Created by hard-working people who loved jazz and swing music. It uses the natural movements of the human body so that the dance is not overly exhausting or demanding of exceptional fitness, while at the same time giving a lot of pleasure and joy.



• Solo Authentic Jazz: Solo Authentic Jazz, Solo Charleston, Vintage Jazz – these names cover an incredibly joyful solo dance to swing music. It’s based on connecting with rhythm and musicality, and varied steps allow for free expression. You can dance alone, as a pair of soloists or in a whole group. Solo Jazz has many faces: from a spontaneous interpretation of a saxophone solo at a social to a prepared group choreography performance. It can be bouncy and wild, as well as delicate and precise.
