“VAN GOGH” is a performance that will transport you into the emotional world of one of the most extraordinary artists in history. It is a story about sensitivity to light, intensity, the search for meaning and beauty – presented through contemporary dance, classical ballet, and symphonic music. Admire the show created by exceptional artists: - Viktor Davydiuk – choreographer who, at the age of 28, was already the deputy ballet director at the Poznań Opera and the creator of the full-length ballet “Troy.” - Gabriel Kaczmarek – composer who works regularly in the USA, creator of music that combines classical elements with modern film narrative. - International team of dancers – artists from Ukraine, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Poland, associated with Opera Nova, European ballets, and independent ensembles. - Karolina Grzeszczuk – designer of stage costumes that reflect the atmosphere and style of van Gogh’s era, as well as emphasize the character and emotions of the figures. - Karolina Mikołajczuk – designer of LED visual projections of van Gogh’s greatest works, which will transport you into the painter’s world. The performance was created in cooperation with the Cortique Theatre in Poznań. In the show, you will see the highest dance artistry, precision of movement, and emotional scenes based on motifs from Van Gogh’s life: intensity, loneliness, admiration, downfall, and rebirth. “VAN GOGH” is not a show – it is an experience.
