    About the event

Take a breath. Don’t react from a place of emotion. Set boundaries. Be consistent. That’s what mothers hear — mothers of children with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, with special education statements. Sometimes they have immense patience; sometimes only exhaustion. Karolina Pluta is one of them. This text is based on conversations with mothers like her. From the stories of women, she has created a narrative — honest, raw, at times funny, or at least she hopes so. Sometimes you just have to speak it all out loud — preferably in public. Karolina Pluta invites you to the finale of a project she is carrying out as part of the City of Warsaw’s Artistic Scholarship program. Karolina Pluta — theatre pedagogue, coach, social artist, and performer. She leads workshops, creative processes, and individual sessions. She is a specialist in preventing professional burnout, producing performances, and creating and implementing socio-artistic projects. She combines education with art. She is the mother of an eleven-year-old son with whom she is constantly learning how to communicate. She collaborates permanently with the Association of Theatre Pedagogues and the Culture Shock Foundation. ✨ 29.11 | 19:00 ✨ 30.11 | 18:00 📍 OKO, ul.
