These classes combine vinyasa yoga with mobility exercises to gently but effectively warm the joints, increase muscle suppleness, and build greater freedom of movement. We work dynamically, in rhythm with the breath, focusing on smooth transitions, stretching tight areas (like hips, back, shoulders) and strengthening the core.
This is not static stretching where you just “hold positions” - it’s conscious movement that prepares you for dance, and for everyday life with greater ease and freedom.
After the class you will feel relaxed, more present in your body, and ready for dance/life challenges!
