
Stretching & Mobility - prepare your body for dance (and more!) These classes are the perfect introduction to an evening of dancing – but they also work great solo, if you simply want to take care of your body, breath, and well-being. These classes combine vinyasa yoga with mobility exercises to gently yet effectively warm up the joints, make the muscles more flexible, and build greater freedom of movement. We work dynamically, in the rhythm of the breath, focusing on smooth transitions, stretching tense areas (like hips, back, shoulders), and strengthening the core. This is not static stretching where you just "hold positions" – it's conscious movement that prepares you for dancing, but also for everyday functioning with more lightness and ease. After the class, you'll feel relaxed, more present in your body, and ready for dance/life challenges! We encourage you to attend Stretching twice a week!
