Furniture restoration workshop.
About the event
Each participant brings a small piece of furniture/item to work on — this can be: a bedside cabinet, small coffee table, chair, chair frame, picture frame, trunk, jewelry box, wooden shelf etc. The workshops are decidedly practical — there simply won’t be time for theoretical topics.
- demount/disassemble items to be restored,
- clean them of old coatings manually, mechanically or with other means,
- repair damages, glue,
- prepare for finishing,
- stain, lacquer, wax.
The workshops are intended primarily for people who have never worked with wood before.
The workshops run from 10:00 to 19:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Cost: 680 zł.
