Andersa 29 This time we’re combining psychology, relationships, and creativity—everything that builds true closeness. At the beginning of the event, we’ll have a workshop with a psychologist about relationships and communication. We’ll start with a short introduction, talk about love languages, that is, how we show feelings and how we want to be loved ourselves. Next, in small groups, we’ll discuss relationships, closeness, and what matters most to us in them. Each group will receive one question, and after some time, participants will swap topics to look at relationships from different perspectives. In the second part of the meeting, we’ll talk about communication—how we really listen (or don’t), why we often misinterpret others’ intentions, and how surprisingly rarely we fully understand each other. The starting point will be interesting psychological research showing what lies behind our misunderstandings and how we can communicate better—with others and with ourselves. It will be a calm, reflective space full of authenticity, mutual support, and inspiration. We’ll focus on the basics of framing theory, and soon after, put the principles into practice. We’ll also talk about what post-production is and how to quickly improve our photos using our own phones.
