Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 📜 Dog Market Regulations at Salto Bar: The Dog Market will take place on 04.10.2025 from 11:00 to 17:00 on the terrace of Salto Bar (Sady Żoliborskie). 1. Admission for visitors is free. 2. To participate in the Dog Market as an Exhibitor, you must: - Accept the provisions of these regulations. - Pay the stand fee (cash) on-site on the day of the event. - Confirm attendance by replying to the email. 3. Exhibitor applications will be accepted until 2.10.2025. This deadline may be extended if the pool of exhibition spaces is not exhausted. 4. Exhibitors must be adults. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from a parent/guardian. 5. Exhibitors are required to arrive at the Market site at 10:15 to prepare their stand. The stand must be ready by 11:00 and cleaned up after the event (by 17:30). 6. Organizers provide exhibition space (small or large, as agreed). In case of rain, all stands will be under tents. 7. Since the Market takes place outdoors, organizers do not provide lighting or access to electricity. 8. Exhibitors are required to maintain the event area and leave it clean. 9. Personal data provided by the Exhibitor in the application will be used solely for organizational purposes. 10. By accepting the regulations, the Exhibitor agrees to the publication of photos from the Dog Market on social media, which may include their image. 11. The sale of products/services related to animals (e.g., accessories, food, handicrafts, services) is allowed. 12. The sale of animals, products from illegal sources, and those requiring special permits (e.g., medicines, alcohol, tobacco, weapons) is prohibited. 13. Organizers do not provide additional exhibition aids (e.g., shelves, racks, lighting). Exhibitors must arrange these independently. 14. Exhibitors receive a 20% discount on orders at Salto Bar on the day of the event. 15. Organizers are not responsible for transactions made during the Dog Market. 16. The number of exhibition spaces is limited. Organizers reserve the right to refuse applications without providing a reason. 17.
