The Center for Personal and Spiritual Development Tu i Teraz invites you to a three-day workshop led by Prem Tanmaya (Alexandra Sophia). This is a practical, transformative gathering for women who want to return to their body, heart and essence — in a safe, supportive sisterhood space.

• Practices of embodiment, emotional release, tantric rituals, guided meditations, dance, bodywork, sharing circles, creative expression and somatic awakening.
• The workshop helps to restore connection with sensuality, intuition and life energy, and to build self-acceptance and a sense of belonging.

• Email registration constitutes consent to join the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• After receiving a confirmation email of being added to the participant list, please pay the deposit within a week of registration.
• The deposit is refundable no later than 30 days before the start of the workshop; a 20 zł administrative fee will be deducted for refunds.
• The remaining payment is accepted only in cash right before the workshop.
• The workshop is translated from English into Polish.

Information about the series:
The “Shakti Soul” cycle includes three independent modules (Module II: 11–14 June 2026 in Nowe Kawkowo; Module III: 4–8 November 2026 in Nowe Kawkowo). Each module can be taken independently; no prior preparation is required.
