Beginner group trainings of the Warsaw Kendo Club are a great opportunity to try something new, different and fascinating. Kendo is fun and a chance to develop both spirit and body — trainings teach effort, discipline, commitment, humility and respect.
Why kendo? Kendo, the Japanese fencing art, is a martial art that enables comprehensive development. Trainings require effort, discipline and commitment, and also teach humility and respect. The adrenaline accompanying trainings and competitions, the atmosphere of shared passion, Japanese tradition and the patience of instructors make kendo feel new again with every training.
Why the Warsaw Kendo Club? We are a licensed club of the Polish Kendo Association. Our instructors and competitors are former and current Polish champions, medallists of European championships and international competitions; among the instructors we also have coaching staff of the Polish national team. Trainings are organized with division by skill levels, which helps to find your own “way of the sword.”
