An extraordinary musical project by Julia Pietrucha. Reflective pieces will be performed, relating to life, inner relationships, and everyday observations. The artist will present compositions from the album Neonova as well as other well-known songs from previous records, accompanied by musicians: Maciej Starnawski and Maciej Papalski. Julia Pietrucha is a Polish singer, composer, music producer, actress, and model. In 2016, she independently released her debut album. She has recorded a total of four independent studio albums (Parsley, Postcards from the Seaside, Folk it Tour, Neonova), participated in many guest musical projects and albums (Kwiat Jabłoni, Miuosh x Pieśni Współczesne), and plans to release two more albums in the coming year. She has been awarded the Special Prize at the 32nd Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, the "Mateusz" Music Award of Program Three, and the MocArt Award of RMF Classic Radio. She plays guitar and ukulele. The songs were written and composed by Julia in just two weeks, during a strange, cosmic surge of energy at the turn of January and February 2024, after many months of inner, creative silence. Almost immediately, still warm from the strings of her Gibson, they reached Marta, who, by stimulating the most sensitive strings of her artistry and visiting regions of American music close to her heart, expanded them with moving, natural, and genuine arrangements that embody the beauty of shared musical inspirations. For the studio recording, the girls invited musicians whose sound and character they value, so that they could also contribute.
