Soundland - Gordon classes for children from 6 months to 2 years

Flying feathers, handkerchiefs, a hissing plush snake – musical activities for infants (from 6 months) and toddlers up to about 2-2.5 years old, conducted according to Edwin Gordon's popular theory. We invite both children who are just beginning their musical journey and more experienced little artists. These are also classes for pregnant women. The first years of a child's life (including the prenatal period) are the most important in shaping the language of music! Gordon stated that a child learns to speak by listening to what the caregivers say to them. Providing a child with the opportunity to "immerse" in various forms of music will help awaken their musical sensitivity, which may turn out to be a great talent in the future. In the program, through free musical play, children are surrounded by singing, rhythm, and dance. We not only shape the ear and sensitivity but also provoke the natural creative expression of a young child. During the classes, children have the opportunity to play and tap rhythms with colorful rhythm accessories: - balls - balloons - feathers - handkerchiefs - boomwhackers - xylophones - rattles - bells - djembe - and many more In this age group, we also play with the Klanza scarf. We invite toddlers together with a parent/caregiver to participate in the classes. 📅 Classes are held on Saturdays: - at 10:30 AM – a group dedicated to children aged 6 months to 2-2.5 years. ⏱️ Duration: 40 minutes 💰 Pricing for regular classes: - First class - free - Package of 4 classes - 240 PLN (170 PLN for siblings, provided only 1 parent is present) - Single entry - 80 PLN - Pregnant mom - 20 PLN/session 📩 REGISTRATION REQUIRED: [email protected] or via SMS/phone: 796-018-825. 📍 LOCATION: Classes are held at Music School at ul. Bracka 22, unit 23 (3rd floor, no elevator). Classes are conducted by Agata Przygócka: vocalist, musical and commercial actress, long-time instructor of musical and movement classes for infants, children, and youth, vocal coach specializing in voice emission working with the Estill Voice method. She graduated from the stage department of song and jazz. She is a laureate of many song reviews in Poland and abroad. For 14 years of professional work, she was associated with the largest musical stages in Poland. She has played leading and supporting roles in titles such as Metro, Only Chopin, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof, Queen, Operetta, Hair, My Fair Lady, Miss Saigon, Grease. For 13 years, she has been running her educational company, organizing music-oriented classes and workshops throughout Warsaw. She is a certified instructor of Gordon classes, logo-rhythmic activities, and early parenting support. She specializes in musical education for the youngest, preschoolers, and early school-age children, as well as teaching the first instrument. Privately, she is the mother of Gustaw.
