Our team consists of professional actresses and actors - graduates of Krakow's PWST (now AST). Members of the group are also professional musicians, directors, screenwriters, speech therapists, translators, and theater educators in their daily lives. In our work, we base our method on the approach developed by Keith Johnstone, one of the most recognizable promoters of improvisational theater in the world. Our mentor in this work is Steen Haakon Hansen, a longtime friend and collaborator of Johnstone. The technique we practice relies on full spontaneity and creating stories in front of the audience. The inspiration for the performances often comes from suggestions made by the audience, and there is no script as such. This allows the audience to witness a unique event. Improvisational theater is at the core of the actor's craft. Worldwide, it has gained popularity thanks to programs such as "Whose Line Is It Anyway?".
