In the very heart of Warsaw, among the trees of Jazdów, for one November evening a garden of senses will bloom – a place where you can experience the world and yourself with tenderness. You will be greeted by the scent of leaves and a gust of wind, as well as gentle music, soft light, and warming tea. Every hour you can listen to an introductory story, and then choose your own path, your own rhythm of experiencing. Sensory installations woven into the garden's greenery and invitations to mindfulness practices await you, as well as a space to be (with) yourself. Come if you need a breath, soothing, and a moment for yourself or your loved ones. Research shows that contact with nature and multisensory experiencing of the world lowers stress levels, supports concentration, and fosters inner calm. It helps regain clarity of thought, restores emotional balance, and strengthens the sense of well-being. In many fields – from environmental psychology to contemporary art – there is increasing talk about the aesthetics of experience: a way of interacting with the world that engages the body, senses, and mindfulness. It is emphasized that the combination of nature, culture, and sensory experiencing creates a space of presence, where we not only perceive the world as spectators but truly enter into a relationship with it. Czuły Jazdów is a sensory exhibition during which you can immerse yourself fully in a unique meeting point of culture, nature, and your inner world, inspiring you to practice mindfulness every day. This event is for seniors, adults, youth, and families with children – for those who feel tired, overstimulated, longing for nature and real connection. For everyone who needs to slow down for a moment, take a breath from the city's hustle and bustle, and remember what it's like to simply be. You don't come here to "do something." You come to experience, rest, and nourish yourself. To pause the rush of thoughts for a moment and let your body guide you. To listen, observe, smell, touch, feel. To play. To be. ✨ We invite you on November 28th every hour from 16:00 to 21:00 (last entry at 20:00) to the Bullerbyn garden at ul. Jazdów 5A/1. We need to ensure proper conditions for those experiencing Czuły Jazdów, so the number of guests is limited – please register using the form: https://forms.gle/xwppsrqphBwCXtQG7 In my opinion, the experience of the Garden of Senses is priceless, and I am ready to share it with you as a volunteer. However, the costs of maintaining and heating the house in Jazdów are extremely high, so during the event there will be a donation box to support the house and open activities in the house according to the gift economy. Feel how much you can donate in harmony with yourself. Maybe 5 PLN, maybe 50 PLN? Every contribution will be received with gratitude. On the Jazdów estate, there is a ban on car traffic (except for authorized vehicles), and intensive infrastructure renovations are underway. We recommend walking in comfortable shoes that can handle a bit of mud. Follow us on Facebook; on the day of the event, we will let you know which routes are fastest and open. Oh, and dress appropriately for the weather! Czuły Jazdów was created on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Ridetu – my path of working with people in relationship and mindfulness, my creation of a field for meetings, reflection, exploration, and development in harmony with oneself. Out of the need to celebrate with tenderness and care for well-being, in contact with people and nature. I am creating this event in the Bullerbyn House, in Free Jazdów – a place where you can still feel that the city has a heart and where tenderness is a value. More details soon – I encourage you to follow the event, as new information will appear here most dynamically. Ask, comment, invite friends – this event tastes best in good company. I invite you with all my heart. Agnieszka Witkowska
