A film produced by studio A24, featuring Rose Byrne’s Berlinale 2025–awarded performance, is an emotional rollercoaster about a woman who fights reality, a falling-apart life, and her own limits of endurance every day.

When her daughter falls ill with a mysterious disease and her husband disappears into business, Linda’s world begins to collapse, turning her everyday life into an obstacle course with no finish line.

This is a realistic, moving, and simultaneously disturbing portrait of a woman trying to hold on to the last scraps of control in the face of chaos.

Director Mary Bronstein, drawing on her own story, together with producer Josh Safdie ("Uncut Gems"), delivers cinema that shatters the myth of perfect motherhood and leaves the viewer breathless.
