    O wydarzeniu

Workshop “How to Get Along?” – a meeting about the art of communication

A series of workshops that will teach you how to:

    • improve relationships with loved ones, understand why you miss each other in conversation and how to prevent it
    • reduce misunderstandings — for example, avoid situations where one side thinks something was agreed, and later it turns out everyone understood the agreement differently — learn to check whether both parties “left the conversation with the same understanding”
    • not take everything personally; better hear others’ messages and distinguish whether someone’s statement is a fact, an evaluation, or a request
    • express your needs more easily and clearly so others better understand your intentions
    • increase effectiveness at work — especially in team tasks, running meetings, delegating, and receiving feedback

    🆓 Free entry

⏰ Expected duration of the meeting: 17:30–18:30

    Led by: Natalia Chojecka

A lawyer by education, a translator into “understandable” by vocation. In her professional life she ensures that people communicate with each other and can achieve their goals. She uses effective communication: listens, asks questions, translates one person’s vision into another’s possibilities, manages potential conflicts and supports finding solutions. She promotes the skill of conducting conversations wherever she can.
