HALO, THIS IS BIELICKA! OR TO BE LIKE HANKA An enchanting and light musical story about friendship, for which distance is irrelevant, the sacrifices that sometimes must be made, and the satisfaction that comes from fulfilling dreams. About two people connected by work, through which they became close (even from afar). The inspiration for this story is the friendship between the legendary stage star, Hanka Bielicka, and Bogdan Brzeziński, the author of her monologues (he wrote about a thousand for her). She (Aldona Jankowska) – full of temperament, always on the road and always in the spotlight. He (Radosław Pazura) – introverted, constantly in his Krakow office, in the shadow of the star. Together they laugh, argue, create for almost thirty years – and all of it over the phone… "Halo, tu Bielicka! Czyli być jak Hanka" is a tribute by Aldona Jankowska to Hanka Bielicka, who was – as for many – an unattainable role model. The actress, with a similar temperament and sense of humor, evokes the figure of the stage legend who inspired her to find her own unique path and fulfill her dreams. The show, created for the 35th anniversary of Aldona Jankowska's stage career, is dedicated to the memory of her friend and manager, Henryk Pasiut.
