During the winter break, we immerse ourselves in an epic, RPG world. There will be games full of surprises, unexpected plot twists, and mysterious characters. In short, a winter break that transports you to another world. RPG gameplay is a role-playing game. It involves players taking on specific characters, each with their own unique traits, skills, and stories. The game takes place in an imaginary world, and participants collectively create the storyline by making decisions, solving puzzles, and fighting opponents. Everything usually happens with the help of a narrator called the Game Master, who guides the story and ensures the consistency of the world. ✨ First week of winter break: 2.02 – 6.02.2026 - Morning group: 10:00 - 13:00, children aged 9-12 – Szymon Wirowski - Afternoon group: 16:00 – 19:00, children aged 13-16 – Norbert Tarka ✨ Second week of winter break: 9.02 – 13.02.2026 - Morning group: 10:00 - 13:00, children aged 9-12 – Szymon Wirowski - Afternoon group: 16:00 – 19:00, children aged 13-16 – Norbert Tarka 📍 Location: Przystanek na Wsparcie, ul. They know how to combine fun and personal growth! What do RPGs have in common with psychology? We’re eager to share that there’s a lot! - Players take on characters with different personalities, motivations, and experiences. - They learn to understand other perspectives, which develops empathy. - They cooperate in a team, which requires communication, compromise, and conflict resolution. - They learn to regulate emotions and cope with failure or anxiety in a controlled environment. - Playing in a group builds bonds, gives a sense of belonging and acceptance. - RPG is a narrative form – creating stories can help express difficult personal experiences in a symbolic way. - RPG can reduce feelings of isolation, especially for people with social difficulties. Game Masters: Szymon Wirowski and Norbert Tarka About Szymon: I have a master’s degree in applied psychology from Jagiellonian University. For several years, I’ve been a staff member at IMAGO camps for children and youth. Working with young people gives me great joy. Besides that, I like to spend time actively, from playing football or volleyball to rolling in the grass and running through forests. I’m a fan of all kinds of fantasy and an avid role-playing gamer – and I’m happy to share this passion with you by leading the RPG group. About Norbert: Hi, I’m Norbert – a psychologist and lawyer fascinated by creativity in every form. From history, through video games, to the narrative worlds of RPGs. Anything that stimulates imagination and shows new perspectives inspires me. I believe in creativity. I see it as an opportunity for growth, a way to cope with difficulties, and a chance to find meaning. That’s why I support others in discovering their ideas, possibilities, and inner worlds – both real and more fantastical. In my work, I strive to combine psychology and RPG games to help people develop awareness, creative courage, and empathy. We invite you!
