Residents and city activists defended it from demolition, and since 2015 have been united in the Open Jazdów Partnership, which gives new public functions to this place. The Open Jazdów Partnership currently brings together 28 NGOs and grassroots groups jointly creating original cultural and educational programs in the estate.
