Come to the workshop of creating masks of your LIGHT AND SHADOW and become part of an Artistic Performance, which will take place on the night of December 20/21 in the spaces of Radical Relaxation. WHAT IT WILL BE LIKE: At a time when the days are getting shorter and the darkness deeper, we invite you to meet your own shadow — and to create a mask that will allow it to reveal itself in its beauty. We invite your SHADOW. In your shadow lie parts of you that you don't want to see — your forgotten gifts, brilliance, power, and beauty that you have hidden behind shame, fear, and anxiety, often because there was no room for them. During the workshop, we will invite you to look inside yourself and find your rejected SHADOW. The workshop will begin with a deep meditation that will allow you to dive into the depths of your subconscious and extract the image of the SHADOW that is ready to show itself. After the meditation, we will find the name of your SHADOW, and then we will bring it into the material world — the world of artistic creation. You will create a mask with your Shadow, give it a material form — a creative form — allow your shadow to become visible — to simply become an open part of YOU. You don't have to be afraid that what will show up will be too much; the SHADOW that wants to show itself is the Shadow you are ready to accept. We will create masks from paper, modeling compounds, beads, tapes, glues, paints, and various artistic materials. If you wish, you can also bring your own magical items to the workshop to place on your mask: - feathers - power stones - objects found in nature This experience will be a combination of a creative process and ritual – no experience is needed, just openness and curiosity. No preparation is required.
