Dancin' Shoes Gigs & Boredom Booking invite you to a concert: BELGRADO - Barcelona, Catalonia Belgrado, a band that emerged from Barcelona's underground DIY scene, draws energy from the European post-punk of the 80s, giving it a unique, modern character. Their music balances between the ethereal and the tangible – dreams dressed in rhythm. Belgrado's melodies are a harmonious interplay of guitars and bass with synthesizers, and the vocals are deeply rooted in moving Polish nuances. Their lyrics paint a dystopian world where the line between reality and imagination blurs. Poetic optimism breaks through the melancholic sound – like light in the darkness. Since their debut in 2011 to the breakthrough "Siglo XXI" in 2013, Belgrado's sound has undergone significant evolution. The album "Obraz" from 2016 combined psychedelia and dub with their characteristic post-punk flair. In "Intra Apogeum" from 2023, Belgrado introduced a new, electronic dimension to their music, without losing authenticity. As they walked through mountains and valleys toward the unknown, under an old oak tree they met a self-proclaimed field mouse WIZARD LASER-MASTER, who finished a salty pretzel pretending it was a cigarette and said to the children – Freedom – then handed them their destiny in the form of musical instruments. Piotruś got a golden tuba, called a saxophone by adults, Bruno received bass strings and was told to carve the rest himself, Sania got a similar gift, only the strings were thinner (perhaps a Chinese replacement).
