For the fifth time at Old Skull the Bulgarian group Voyvoda. The Sofia band will play as a four-piece and will present mainly songs from the new album, which — hopefully — they will bring on vinyl records. This time the Bulgarians' performance should be atmospheric, ethereal, filled with Balkan melancholy, but also energetic (there is a drummer in the lineup). The new album is said to include folk-tinged songs and ballads similar to those from the record “Confession of a Macedonian Bandit” and we have been waiting six years for such a continuation.

Before Voyvoda, a set in old school EBM style by one of Voyvoda's ex-members, Stefan, performing as Snakeatsnake. Voyvoda's leader, Filip, is the publisher of Snakeatsnake's new album and praises it highly — you can trust Filip or check it yourself.

For the first time at Old Skull the Warsaw formation Kromleh will perform. Leader Pancerz: "Kromleh explores the practice of dronemorphic, microtonal or harmonic forms accompanied by a trance repetitive rhythm using two instruments — the hurdy-gurdy and percussion. A wheel once turned found in a different place. Drone/folk, impro jazz?, noise, tribal, kraut". And that is a beautiful complement to the evening.
