    About the event

    Architectural Tour

Join a special tour of the Museum of Modern Art’s contemporary space to discover how architecture shapes the experience of art. Learn about the visionary approach of Thomas Phifer and his team, who created a space that blends minimalist elegance with top-level functionality.

During the walk through the museum you will uncover hidden corners, learn about architectural details and hear the stories behind the choice of materials and spatial solutions. The guide will also talk about the urban context — how the new volume fits into Warsaw’s historic center, creating a dialogue with the surrounding urban space. There will also be breathtaking panoramic views of the capital.

📍 Museum of Modern Art (MSN), historic center of Warsaw.

    📅 Dates:

    • 10.01 — Karolina Jabłońska
    • 17.01 — Karolina Jabłońska
    • 14.02 — Bernard Wnuk
    • 21.02 — Bernard Wnuk

ℹ️ After the tour you can visit the current exhibitions at MSN on your own. Entry to the exhibition is possible up to three hours after the tour starts.

    Hosts:

    • Karolina Jabłońska — MSN educator, student of art history at the University of Warsaw. She leads exhibition tours, activities for children and youth, and workshops. Her practice is inspired by storytelling and conversations with objects, asking them questions and then looking for answers together.
    • Bernard Wnuk — MSN educator, art historian, graduate of the University of Warsaw. He is currently a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Warsaw, preparing a dissertation on experimental art of the 1980s in Poland. His research interests include independent artistic practices of that period, relations between image and word, and queer and minority narratives in visual culture.
