About the event

On March 21 at 8:00 PM the intimate Yutori space will host the premiere concert of Youth Novels, promoting their debut album “Kamakura”. The evening is immersed in an intimate atmosphere, full of emotional closeness and delicate, organic sounds.

The band's inspirations reach into inner journeys and real places: from Japanese Kamakura, through Iceland and southern Europe, to private moments of pause and reflection.

This concert is for listeners sensitive to detail, for those who like to listen attentively, drift away in thought and experience music as a personal encounter – close, unhurried and without excess.

Youth Novels, that is Ania Babrakowska and Emil Nowak, are one of the most distinctive and subtle phenomena on the Polish alternative scene. Their work blends minimalist electronics, emotional vocals and tension-filled compositions that move listeners both in club spaces and on major festival stages. In their music you can hear inspirations from bands like Daughter or London Grammar, but their work is dominated by authenticity and a unique, recognizable sensitivity. They have collaborated with producers associated with RY X and PJ Harvey, performed at Open’er, OFF Festival and Męskie Granie, and have millions of streams on Spotify. Yet it is closeness and intimacy that most strongly define their work.

It will be a unique experience — we invite you to YUTORI!

The concert will be seated — on cushions. We enter the hall without shoes to jointly care for the comfort and atmosphere of this gathering. Hemp tea will be waiting for you on site.
