EuroJAZZ Foundation and PROM Kultury Saska Kępa invite you to a meeting with elements of live music! 🎵 November 4th, 7:00 PM 🆓 free admission! Szymon Klekowicki – trombonist, heliconist, composer. Graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music. Founder of the Szymon Klekowicki Sextet and Parnas Brass Band. He has collaborated not only with jazz musicians but also with Sanah. His artistic achievements include participation in many festivals in Poland and abroad. He is a finalist of the Jazz Personality Competition at the Jazz Nad Odrą Festival, winner of the Golden Tarka Competition in Iława, first prize winner at the International Traditional Jazz Festival Swingujący Kruk, and third place in the New Jazz Hope Competition in Łomża. He has worked with musicians such as Jason Moran, Jamie Cullum, Marvin Sewell, Nasheet Waits. Currently, he is a lecturer in trombone, arrangement, and leads the big band at the renowned Post-Secondary Jazz School in Warsaw. / free admission // online for free /
