
27.01.2026 BENTO CAKE with Trainer Justyna Górniak Mini cakes from scratch for everyone - Stracciatella-Caramel-Banana mousse bento (banoffee dessert): Stracciatella cream mousse, caramel cremeux, caramelized bananas with Maldon salt, cookies. - Crème Brûlée-Blackcurrant mousse bento: Creme brulee mousse, red currant-blackberry jam, vanilla cremeux, crispy gluten-free chocolate base. - Matcha-Strawberry-Citrus mousse bento: Matcha-lime mousse, strawberry-mint jelly, lemon cream, citrus sponge cake. - Classic Peanut Butter & Forest Jelly bento: Moist cocoa cake, peanut cream, crunchy caramel-peanut, forest fruit jam, chocolate frosting. - Classic Meringue-Raspberry bento: Cake with freeze-dried raspberry, Mascarpone-white chocolate-vanilla cream, crunchy meringue-raspberry, raspberry jam, white chocolate frosting. This time, we will focus on much smaller, very popular cakes with slightly funny accents in the form of humorous inscriptions or small occasional decorations. Bento cake are little cakes that fit in a small box and will brighten and sweeten any celebration! During the training, we will prepare 5 different flavors from scratch (3 mousse bento, 2 classic bento), both with frosting and velvet finish. Each participant will make a cake from sponge and cream, through jam, crunchy praline, to frosting and personalized inscription. BENTO CAKE, or mini cakes "from A to Z," will be led by Justyna Górniak – a trainer who is extremely attentive, diligent, with a wealth of confectionery experience and a creative approach to sweets. Each participant actively takes part in the training, as a place and tools needed for work are organized for everyone. *All participants receive professional scripts with recipes made during the training and their own handmade baked goods. *The course is certified. After completion, each participant receives an appropriate document, raising their qualifications.
