Speaker:
Master of Pharmacy with experience working in a pharmacy and over 5 years of practice conducting classes for pharmacy technicians. On a daily basis he creates substantive medical content, combining current knowledge with a practical approach to working with the patient. In his trainings he focuses on real cases, medication safety and skills that help in pharmacy work.

Topics:

• Independent foundations of work in the pharmacy – effective communication with the patient, conducting a short interview and identifying so-called red flags, without marketing schemes and ready “sales scripts”.
• Decision-making in the practice of a pharmacy technician – when it is safe to recommend an OTC medicine, and when to interrupt the consultation and refer the patient to a doctor, based on facts, not promotional messaging.
