Popiół is Błażej Król’s most intimate and personal tour. The artist, known for enigmatic lyrics and ambiguous metaphors over the years, this time drops the masks and speaks frankly — about himself, about time, about fear, about everyday life.
It is the story of a forty-one-year-old man — full of contradictions, immersed in reflection, trying to understand what remains when the dust settles, when the lights go out, when everything external turns to ash. At the concerts we will hear new songs that attempt to capture transience and reconcile with the inevitable. But Popiół is not resignation — it is a moment of stopping and looking oneself in the eye. Sounds that are not afraid of silence. Lyrics that are finally not just about “everyone,” but about him — about Błażej. It will be a special journey — honest, moving and full of emotion. Popiół is not the end. It is what remains.
At the Kraków concert the special guest will be Sujka. Her shows are an emotional journey through sounds and memories — an intimate yet intense sonic performance that blends alternative, indie and post-grunge with the artist’s personal narrative. Sujka (Iwona Król) presents a new solo persona on stage based on material from the album “2,” steeped in ’90s nostalgia, personal experiences and raw honesty. Her set balances fragility and strength, sentimentality and expression, creating a musical universe full of contrasts and authenticity.
